TrackMyUni provides educational consulting services including but not limited to:

• University and college selection guidance
• Application assistance and review
• Visa application support
• Scholarship identification and application assistance
• Test preparation guidance
• Career counseling and planning

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your academic background and goals
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• Meet all deadlines communicated by our team
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
• Follow all advice and recommendations provided by our consultants
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared by us

While we strive to provide the best possible guidance and support, we cannot guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university or program
• Approval of visa applications
• Award of scholarships or financial aid
• Specific test scores or academic outcomes

Our services are advisory in nature, and final decisions regarding applications and submissions remain with the client.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

All content, materials, and resources provided by TrackMyUni are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination terms and conditions will be as specified in your individual service contract.

TrackMyUni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrackMyUni is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
